Cancellations:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen at a moment’s notice and may result in a cancellation or need to reschedule. In order to respect the time of our staff and fellow clients, we kindly ask that if you must cancel or rebook your appointment, requests be made at least 24 hours in advance by calling the salon directly at 212-452-0954. Cancellations or missed appointments without 24 hours notice will result in a 100% charge of the service amount. 

Late Arrival:

Out of respect for all of our clients, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, even with advance notice, please be aware that it is at the discretion of the salon and service provider to truncate and/or reschedule your appointment. It is also at the discretion of the salon to charge you a portion of the cost of service for which you were late. If you are running just a few minutes behind, please call us at 212-452-0954 to update us on your status.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, American Express, MasterCard) and PayPal.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 states in the U.S.

Do you ship Overseas (outside the U.S.)?

We currently do not offer overseas shipping outside of the U.S.

Can I sign up for your Newsletter?

Can I use my Yves Durif Salon gift card to purchase Yves Durif Essential Hair Tools?

No. The Yves Durif Salon gift cards can only be used at our Salon in New York City.
